As a UI/UX software engineer in product development, you will contribute to the development of Knowlestry’s key platform features and functionalities. Knowlestry's success is mainly determined by the platform's usability level. At the same time our customers rely on precision, quality and applicability when using advanced AI and LLM technologies. Your contribution will be crucial in disrupting industrial intelligence and adding significant value to our society.
About the role
We are seeking a talented UI/UX software engineer to lead the development of platform features that enable interactive dialogue between users and AI agents. Our focus is on aligning research and product development around customer needs to drive measurable impact in the industrial machinery and manufacturing sectors. There's a long way to go to making generative AI suitable for industry. All your focus, ambition, enthusiasm, energy and love for detail is needed to make this happen.
In this role, you will:
- Take on the entire spectrum of product and user experience beyond technical implementation.
- Work closely with the product development team to define high-impact user experiences that bridge the gap between LLMs and industry applications.
- Innovate and transform the way domain experts, analysts, and machines work together.
- Continue to enhance the platform's usability, intuitiveness, and explainability.
- Break down strategic decisions from operations into clear, iterative milestones and roadmaps.
- Build and lead the UI/UX team with a collaborative, hands-on mentality to create robust, scalable front-end solutions.
- Drive technical execution at the highest level.
What we look for:
- Master's in Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of strong technical experience in front-end or full-stack development, with expertise in building exceptional agentic tooling systems.
- Advanced programming skills in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Next.js, HTML, JavaScript, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience with Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX), RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, especially for B2B applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Comfortable working towards a multi-year vision with incremental deliverables.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in loosely-defined and deadline-driven environments.
- Willing to take the initiative, the lead and learn new skills.

Compensation
€60K – €90K + Offers Equity
