As an account director and sales representative, your mission is to help customers understand how advanced AI and LLM technologies can create value for their businesses. The industrial machinery and manufacturing sector is demanding. Decision-makers face many uncertainties, including rising costs, labor shortages, and decarbonization targets. Your contribution will be crucial in disrupting industrial intelligence and adding significant value to our society.

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated sales representative for the DACH region to lead the development and execution of our transformative sales strategy for Knowlestry. As a key driver of opportunities, you will guide customers through the entire sales cycle. You will collaborate with researchers, engineers, and executives to help customers transform their industries with Knowlestry. There's a long way to go to making generative AI suitable for industry. All your focus, ambition, enthusiasm, energy and love for detail is needed to make this happen. 

In this role, you will:

  • Visit relevant trade fairs and conferences to engage with the target group.
  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans.
  • Support customers from initial engagement through successful deployment – taking customers from implementing encapsulated use cases to fully leveraging next-GenAI for all their business demands without compromising on quality or security.
  • Collaborate with the product development and operations teams to design and implement complex customer programs and projects.
  • Meet a revenue target and manage revenue forecasts.
  • Analyze key account metrics, create reports, and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Monitor the industry landscape closely to contribute to corporate strategies.
  • Drive company growth.

 

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of profound experience working in a B2B SaaS sales environment and as a consultant.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and executing complex deal strategies.
  • Familiar with the industrial machinery and manufacturing market, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to customers through storytelling.
  • Basic understanding advanced AI techniques such as NLP, transformers, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
  • A highly motivated, customer-centric, and strategic thinker.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in loosely-defined and deadline-driven environments.
  • Willing to take the initiative, the lead and learn new skills.

Compensation

€80K – €120K + Offers Equity
