As a full-stack software engineer in product development, you will contribute to the development of Knowlestry’s key platform features and functionalities. The success of Knowlestry is mainly determined precisely at this point. Our customers rely on precision, quality and applicability when using advanced AI and LLM technologies. About the role
We're seeking an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer to take the lead in developing the key features and functionalities of the Knowlestry platform. Our focus is on aligning research and product development around customer needs to drive measurable impact in the industrial machinery and manufacturing sectors. There's a long way to go to making generative AI suitable for industry. All your focus, ambition, enthusiasm, energy and love for detail is needed to make this happen.
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with the research department to define and develop high-impact user experiences that bridge the gap between LLMs and industry applications.
- Continue to evolve the main software components and services of the platform.
- Break down strategic decisions from operations into clear, iterative milestones and roadmaps.
- Build and lead the product team with a collaborative, hands-on mentality.
- Ensure the usability, privacy, security, and trust of all existing services within the platform.
- Drive technical execution and system design across complex integration surfaces and auth flows.
What we look for:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of strong technical experience in backend, frontend, or full-stack development, with expertise building enterprise-oriented features.
- Advanced programming skills in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience with server-side web technologies (e.g. Node.js, Java, Python, Scala, C#, C++).
- Experience with cloud technologies, (e.g. Azure, GCP, Docker, or Kubernetes).
- Basic understanding in advanced AI techniques, (e.g. NLP, Transformers, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Comfortable working towards a multi-year vision with incremental deliverables.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in loosely-defined and deadline-driven environments.
- Willing to take the initiative, the lead and learn new skills.

Compensation
€80K – €100K + Offers Equity
